Happy Valentine’s Day. Choose Yourself.
Happy Valentine’s Day.
Choose Yourself.
Today is one of those days.
The kind that makes you question your worth.
The kind that highlights who texted… and who didn’t.
The kind that can quietly whisper, “Am I enough?”
Whether you’re single, in a situationship, married but disconnected, or rebuilding your life…
Let me say this clearly:
Valentine’s Day Does Not Determine Your Value.
I spent way too much of my life waiting to be chosen.
Waiting for someone to stay.
Waiting for someone to see me.
Waiting for someone to make me feel like enough.
And here’s what finally landed in my body:
You don’t need to be chosen.
You need to choose yourself.
The Women I Photograph
I work with powerful women.
Women who run businesses.
Women who raise kids.
Women who hold everything together.
Women who look strong on the outside.
And yet so many of us forget to give ourselves permission.
Permission to feel sexy again.
Permission to feel seen.
Permission to take up space.
Permission to stop waiting.
Permission to give ourselves everything we’ve been pouring into everyone else.
Self-Portraiture Changed My Life
Not because I became someone new.
Because I finally saw myself.
I used to be a quiet worship leader at church.
Now I photograph women in mountains, deserts, and oceans.
Not because I changed.
Because I gave myself permission.
Being photographed taught me how to:
• inhabit my body again
• hold eye contact with myself
• soften and stand tall at the same time
• feel confident without external validation
• access attraction from within
And here’s the wild part:
When you choose yourself, everything shifts.
Your energy changes.
Your boundaries change.
Your relationships change.
The way people show up for you changes.
Not because you chased.
Because you embodied.
This Was Never About Photos
Wild Woman Boudoir is not about lingerie.
It’s not about looking perfect.
It’s not about impressing anyone.
It’s about coming home to your body.
It’s about reclaiming your confidence.
It’s about remembering who the hell you are.
It’s about stepping out of survival mode and back into pleasure, softness, power, and presence.
So Maybe Today Isn’t About Flowers
Maybe today isn’t about who shows up for you.
Maybe today is the day you show up for yourself.
Maybe today you say:
Happy Valentine’s Day to me.
Maybe today you stop asking if you’re enough.
Maybe today you book the experience.
Not because you need fixing.
Because you deserve celebration.
Stop shrinking.
Stop postponing yourself.
Stop waiting for permission.
Choose you.
Your body remembers who you are.
And I’m here to help you see her again.
